Class Philanthropy Chair Program These chairs dedicated many hours to their alma mater this fall by attending a training session on campus to learn about the program, sending letters to all of their classmates and following up with phone calls. It has been an exciting time for these the chairs to share their passion for Brenau with their classmates, in addition to asking all alumnae to consider providing a gift to this year’s Annual Loyalty Fund. “Brenau gave so much to us as students,” says Madge Harper, Philanthropy Chair for the class of 1957. “It’s important for us to give back as alumnae.” The women serving in this vital role are doing much more than just investing their lives in their beloved alma mater. They are investing in the lives of young women across many states and the world seeking the same opportunities their predecessors experienced at Brenau. “It's time to take pride in the traditions we enjoyed as students and put forth support and commitment to the future, the legacy, of our alma mater,” says Kemie West, Philanthropy Chair for the class of 1983. For more information on the Class Philanthropy Chair project or to get involved, please contact Melissa Gardner in the Office of Development at 770.718.5333 or mmgardner@brenau.edu. |
